cobweb ceiling peeling wallpaper
The location suited my needs for this trip.
My room was not well kept. I saw cobwebs on the ceiling and the wallpaper needed replacing, it was peeling in places. The bathroom also needed redecorating, disappointing.

free parking helpful receptionist practical microwave
I found free parking at the back of the hotel. Erin, the receptionist, was very helpful and friendly. I liked the microwave in my room, very practical for heating up snacks (i like late night snacks).
The decor seemed a little dated.

This was my reason to stay. its location suited my visit. a full english breakfast was offered. the tea and coffee facilities were good in my room.
i noticed some water damage to the corridor ceiling, where the roof timber support runs. it needs attention before it gets worse.

the location suited my visit. it was within walking distance of the main high street and restaurants. free parking was provided at the back. i took a short uber ride to the centre.

the room included a chair and a desk perfect for using my laptop. the bed provided restful sleep. breakfast cost extra, but it featured a full english option.
the building showed signs of wear. cleanliness was evident mainly in essential areas.
